Fix Up and
List for Sale
As a REALTOR, I can give you a complimentary market analysis for the value of your property and help you manage getting it ready for sale. We can also help you plan and organize, arrange labor and capital resources to clean up, fix up, and prepare your property to list it for sale on MLS.
Cash
Purchase
We can purchase your property for cash and take responsibility for paying off mounting obligations, taxes or liens. This would spare you the burden of planning for, organizing, overseeing and paying for work by various contractors and utilities.
Redemption
Rights
We buy redemption rights. If your house has gone to foreclosure auction on the courthouse steps, you have the right to buy it back, or “redeem” it. We may be able to give you some additional cash for those rights.
Negotiating Probate
Negotiating Probate Court can be daunting. We may be able to help simplify the process, allowing you to transfer property of a loved one, and get some cash to you and other heirs for the asset.
